Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Money Orders.  Orders paid using a Money Order will be shipped once it clears.  Money orders must be received within 10 days of the order being placed.  After that your order will be cancelled and all items returned to stock.  Unfortunately, we can no longer accept personal checks.

For all Canadian and Overseas orders - Payment must be made in American Dollars.

Shipping & Handling Charges (for Continental US)

At Paladin Grips, we know how expensive shipping can be. After all, we're paying shipping from our suppliers! We've found the below method to be a good compromise for all.

For USA Customers, grips that are shown in the "GRIPS" section will be shipped within 2-3 days by USPS Priority Mail with FREE Delivery Confirmation, as long as no customization was requested.

Time to complete a Custom Order set is generally 3 to 4 weeks. It may be necessary for you to send me your factory grips to use as a template to ensure the perfect fit. When they arrive, I will email you. Please keep in mind that I will do my best to fulfill your request using only handpicked premium woods or other materials (giraffe bone, buffalo horn, etc.) that are available. You can contact me either by email or phone.

Express mail is available upon request. We ship to APO and PO boxes.

Shipping & Handling Charges (International)

Actual postage will be charged on all orders outside the continental US.  We will e-mail you prior to actual shipping with the postage rates. Postage will show up as a separate charge on your credit card.

Return Policy & Quality Assurance

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, email me within 15 days to discuss your concern.  I reserve the right to refuse the return of any grips that have been abused, nicked, chipped, cracked, etc.  You may choose either a refund with a 15% restocking fee or store credit for the full amount (minus original shipping charges in both cases).  Customer service will assist you through the procedure.  Just call 512-786-9029 or email Orders@PaladinGrips.com

Sales Tax

8.25% sales tax is charged to all Texas residents.

Privacy and Security

We value your privacy.  We do not rent or sell any of your personal information including your name, address, e-mail address or credit card information.  For the security of your personal information, all data passes a security layer known as SSL (secure socket layer), meaning your data is encrypted making it nearly impossible for a third party to retrieve sensitive information.
