STABILIZED BIRDSEYE MAPLE (Acer Saccharum): A natural occurrence found predominately in hard maple causes "eyes" to form and give a striking figure to the wood. Straight grain with intermittent eyes makes this a great accent wood. This material has been Stabilized. |

BOCOTE (Cordia alliodora): Bocote is a particularly fine, beautiful wood, with colors varying from light to golden brown and variegated irregular markings. It has an attractive ray fleck figure if quartersawn. Bocote is a strong lustrous wood, with medium and uniform texture and straight or shallowly interlocked grain. |

BOLIVIAN ROSEWOOD (Machaerium schleroxylon): Also known as Morado is a dense wood from Central and South America. Purplish tan in color and streaked with brown or black figure. |

BUFFALO HORN:
Rugged yet elegant, buffalo horn comes in black, black with white streaks and honey colors. Buffalo Horn is made up of dense layers of fibers that have a very hard and durable surface. |

COCOBOLO (Dalbergia retusa): Also known as Granadillo or Nicaragua Rosewood has fairly straight to interwoven grain with medium to fine texture and low luster. Variable-hued heartwood, maturing to a deep orange-red with darker stripes and mottling. Narrow, whitish sapwood. |

STABILIZED GIRAFFE BONE: These grips are made from the very dense portion of the shin bone. It also has the same makeup of any other kind of bone. Giraffe bone has the same appearance as mammoth ivory but at an affordable price. The color is also much deeper than mammoth ivory. This material has been Stabilized. This material can be Laser Engraved. Unfortunately Giraffe Bone will not accept "Inlace" inlay material.

HONDURAN MAHOGANY (Entandrophragma cylindricum): The newly cut heartwood is pink to pink-brown, over time the color darkens to red-brown or purplish-brown. Grain is moderately interlocked or wavy. It has a medium fine texture and a high golden luster. |

LEOPARDWOOD (B. Aubletii): The beautiful and highly elastic wood of a tree of the genus Brosimum so called from black spots in it which bear some resemblance to hieroglyphics; also called snakewood, and leopardwood. |

STABILIZED MESQUITE and MESQUITE BURL (Prosopis julifora): This beautiful wood is heavy and very hard. The basic color of this amazing wood is brown, ranging from light to dark brown. The yellows, pinks and orange/reds appear in marble like grains to make this an exquisite wood. The seed of this tree can be roasted and used as a substitute for coffee. This material has been Stabilized. |

MICARTA®: is a Phenolic resin material manufactured by applying heat and pressure to layers of Paper, Line and Canvas fabrics impregnated with a synthetic resin. Linen Micarta® is medium grade in toughness and durability, it renders a good texture and intriguing appearance when milled. Canvas Micarta® is the strongest and the best in texture of the three. Pieces of canvas protrude through the laminate when finished adding additional texture to the grip, similar to the feel of 80 grit sandpaper. Colors available: Black, Sahara, Green Canvas and Linen. |

STABILIZED REDWOOD BURL / LACE(Sequoia sempervirens):This beautiful heartwood varies from light cherry red to dark reddish-brown. The grain pattern has an unpredictable flame pattern, generally blood red/brown backing with yellow/cream colored swirls. Sempervirens means "ever-living." This material has been Stabilized. |

STABILIZED SPALTED MAPEL (Acer saccharum): Same as Hard Rock Maple or Sugar Maple. Cream white to reddish brown with mineral streaks and spalting lines. Spalt is created as decaying logs are attacked by fungi. This material has been Stabilized. |

TULIPWOOD (Dalbergia variabilis): Also know as Pau Rosa, Bois de rose and Jacaranda Rosa. Fine texture, high luster, and takes a high polish. Tulipwood coloring is irregular streaks of yellow, rose and red or violet on a cream to straw colored background. |

ZEBRAWOOD (Microberlinia Brazzavillensis): Also commonly known as Zebrano and Zingana. A heavy hard wood with a somewhat coarse texture, with the typical so-called zebra stripes, often with an interlocked or wavy grain. The heartwood is a pale golden yellow, distinct from the very pale color of the sapwood and features narrow streaks of dark brown to black. |

ZIRCOTE (Cordia dodecandra): Beautiful flecks on quarter sawn surface. Hard and heavy. Holds its place well in service. This wood color ranges from tobacco brown to reddish brown with irregular dark brown or blackish streaks and variegations. |

Incredible decorative effects can be obtained by filling carved or recessed areas with "Inlacce". Colors that are currently available: Mother of Pearl, Gold, Silver,Titanium and Turquoise.
